As early as 1995, the Japanese Merry Do Beauty Products Co . company, Ltd. stood out as one of the world specialists regarding development and manufacturing of cosmetics and human capillaries. At the same time, in France, Marie Cavalieri d’ Oro appeared as a pioneer in animal aesthetics (that we shall later call Pet Esthétique).
The concept of Pet Esthétique arose from the meeting between Marie Cavalieri d’ Oro and mister Masahiro Tsunoda, trained pharmacist and President of the company Merry Do Beauty Products Co ., Ltd. (Current manufacturer of the range of products for animals Pet Esthé ®). Conjugating their respective experiences, both led joint researches for 10 years to create cosmetics and beauty care adapted to pets. These works leaned on the knowledge of each entity and were centred on the development of the knowledge of the animal coat. This is how Pet Esthétique was born.
Madam Marie Cavalieri D’ Oro, President of honor of PEIA, opened in France the 1st SPA for pets, applying the new principles of Pet Esthétique. At the same time, Merry Do Beauty Products Co. Ltd developed and experimented the first products of the Pet Esthé range, specially dedicated to this use. It was also decided to train the first groomers approved in Pet Esthétique (Pet Esthéticiens).
